3.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Comprehensive Services In The Field Of Ongoing Maintenance And Renovation Of Municipal And Internal Roads In The Suwałki Commune - Part 2.3.2. The Above Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into 4 Parts (4 Tasks): 3.2.1. Task 5 - Sales And Transport Of 1 Tonnes Of Rearned Gravel 30 % With Broken Aggregate To Complement The Upper Layer Of The Roadside Along The Municipal Roads In The Suwałki Commune Along With The Spread Of The Parsley And Mechanical Thickening. The Feature Of The Gravel Is About 1,200 Tonnes. The Material Used For The Implementation Of The Task Should Be Common According To The Standard Of 0 To 32 Mm. Broken Aggregate With The Occurrence Of A Clay Fraction In Order To Compact Under The Influence Of Vehicle Movement During The Operation Of The Road. The Unit Price In The Form Should Include The Price For The Sale Of 1 Ton Of Gravel Along With Transport, Spreading The Poverty And Thickening. The Crush Can Only Be Delivered From The Gravel Pit Covered By The License To Extract A Natural Aggregate. To This End, At Each Request Of The Member, The Contractor Will Submit An Appropriate Statement. The Contractor Must Have At Least: A) One Hardware Unit (Side Of The Road); B) One Hardware Unit (For Mechanical Compaction Of The Roadside); C) With One Car For Transporting Material. 3.3. Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Prevents The Formation Of Impediments And A Threat To Road Traffic. 3.4. The Contractor Is Civil -Legal Liability For Any Unfortunate Accidents And Damage Caused By The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3.5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have Valid Civil Liability Insurance Throughout The Contract During The Entire Contract. 3.6. The Contractor Takes Total Responsibility For The Proper Use Of Equipment. 3.7. The Contractor Is Responsible For The State Of Safety On The Section Of Works. 3.8. Equipment Workers Must Have Appropriate Permissions And Protective Clothing. 3.9. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Destruction By Inattention Of Road Elements, Especially Regarding Markings, The Value Of Which Will Be Determined During Reception And Will Be Deducted From The Invoice For The Service Performed. 3.10. The Order Will Be Carried Out For A Written Or Telephone Order Of The Commune Office Employee. 3.11. The Order Will Specify The Scope And Date Of Order Processing. 3.12. The Date Of Commencement Of The Contract May Not Be Longer Than Three Business Days From The Date Indicated By The Employer In A Written Or Oral Order. With The Proviso That The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Join The Performance Of The Contract During The Reaction Declared In The Offer Form. The Reaction Time Referred To Above Is One Of The Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers. 3.13. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Limit The Scope Of The Commissioned Work In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And Depending On The Financial Resources I
