3 Mixture Min. - Asphalt For Cold Stacking Must Meet The Following Conditions:- It Must Be Produced On The Basis Of Fine-Grained Aggregate And Modified Asphalt,- The Ability To Use At Temperatures From -15 O C To +30 O C (Without Heating The Mass),- It Must Be Packed In Tight Bags,- The Mass Should Be Provided By Transports A Minimum Of 24 Tons On Pallets (Not Damaged) Transport Of A Hand-Made Pallet Truck, Which Will Become The Ownership Of The Ordering Party After Delivery, If It Is Not Possible To Enter The Manual Pallet Truck Under The Pallet, The Contracting Authority Will Refuse The Supplier To Accept The Goods And The Costs Associated With It Will Be Borne By The Contractor,- It Must Be Produced In 60 Days Before The Planned Delivery,- It Must Have A Minimum Period Of Durability 6 Months. Each Separate Order, Specifying The Quantitative Scope And Implementation Dates, In Accordance With The Current Demand.- The Mass Should Be Delivered In Bags Of 25-30 Kg4. The Order Includes All Costs Related To The Purchase Of A Mixture, Transport Costs To The Employer. 5. The Contracting Authority Will Discharge The Supplied Mass. 6. The Cold-Cold Mineral And Asphalt Mixture Must Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Corresponding Polish Standard Transferring The European Standard Pn-En 12697-1: 200 Mixture Falt. The Mineral And Asphalt Mass Should Meet The Above Standard Or Equivalent. 7. The Employer Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting An Offer Providing For A Different Manner Of Delivery Specified In This Specification.
