1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Catering Services With Waiter Service To The Employer In A Restaurant Room With An Area Of 104.1 M2 Located In The Building Of The Wołosan Training And Recreation Center, Located In Cisna, Address: 38-607 Cisna 87 W And In Other Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. These Are Services In The Preparation And Issue Of Meals Consisting In Providing Ready Food And Waiter Service In The Restaurant Room At The Wołosan Training And Recreation Center. The Provision Of The Service Will Take Place Using The Contracting Authoritys Property, I.E. Terrace, Kitchen, Cafe Annex, Dishwashing. Catering Services Will Be Provided During The Wołosan Osw - Training, Meetings, Conferences And Other Events. 2) The Contractor Must Offer Sets Of Meat, Vegetarian And Fish Meals: 1) For The Level: Breakfast -10000; Dinner With Dessert -4000; Dinner With A Warm Dish-20; Coffee Break-200; Dinner Reinforced-1000; Outdoor Event-800; Banquet-350. 2) For Level B: Cologne-4500; School Groups-1000; Tourist Groups -2500; Sandwiches 3 Pcs-200; Provisions-500; Venison Dishes -100; Regional Dishes-100; A Bonfire With Sausages-1000. 3) The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be: Training And Recreation Center Wołosań, 4) A Detailed Description Of The Implementation Of Services Being The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 9, And In Annex 10 Sample Sets Of Dishes (Meals) For The Valuation Of The Offer. Annex 9 And Annex 10 Are Integral Parts Of This Swz. 5) The Contracting Authority Reserves, In The Draft Contract Constituting An Integral Part Of This Swz, The Possibility Of Introducing A Significant Change In Relation To The Offer Submitted By The Contractor, In Such A Way That In The Event Of A Special Wishes For The Guests Of Osw Wołosan, As For The Type Of Meal, He Will Be Able To Order Non -Standard Meals, Which Will Not Be Specified In The Offer, Which Will Be Related To The Additional Remuneration Of The Contractor. 6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Services Covered By The Contract In Accordance With The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448), The Regulation Of 17 April 2007 On The Collection And Storage Of Food Samples By The Closed -Type Collective Nutrition Plants (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 80, Item 545). 7) The Contractor Will Bear All Responsibility For Maintaining A Proper Level Of Nutrition And Compliance Of The Valuable And Qualitative Composition Of Meals Resulting From The Recommendations Of The National Institute Of Public Health Pzh - Pib.
