The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Inland Navigation Service Of Passenger Navigation - In The Form Of About Nine -Hour Cruises On A Passenger Ship From Warsaw To Serock And Back And Sell Tickets For Cruises. 2. The Cruises Will Take Place On The Route: Warsaw Żerański Channel (A Plaster At The Height Of The Cementownia Bus Stop) - Zegrzyński Lagoon - Serock (Molo) - Warsaw Żerański Channel (Floating Bridge). 3. Stops Will Be Indicated By The Contracting Authority. 4. During The Order Processing Period, The Contracting Authority Provides For An Order Of 49 Cruises. 5. The Service Will Be Provided In The Period From The Signing Of The Contract (Not Earlier Than On May 1) To September 21, 2025 On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays And On Fridays 11.07, 25.07, 8.08, 22.08 - One Cruise A Day. 6. The Contracting Authority Will Provide The Shipowner To The Shipowner At The Latest 2 Days Before The Start Of The Service, Taking Into Account The Departure/Arrival Of The Ship From Individual Stops And At Least A Two -Hour Break In Serock, With The Cruises From Around 9:00 To Approx. 18: 00.7.
