The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Performing General Plan Of The Iłów Commune, Which Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Legal Acts, Including In Particular: 1) The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), As Well As Enforcement Provisions For This Act2) Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 8 December 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune Planning Plannings In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Extremities From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758), 2) By The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1094, As 31/V/2024 Of The Iłów Commune Council Of July 17, 2024 On The Commencement Of The General Plan Of The Iłów Commune4), Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Contracting Authority During The Implementation Of The Contract And Current Court Case Law Regarding Spatial Development, 5) Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts, Which Are Referred To The Subject Of The Order, Among Others Regarding Environmental Protection, Monument Protection, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads 2. In The Course Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Make An Urban Inventory And Assess The Existing Development Status, 2) Preparation Of Draft Letters Related To Notifying The Relevant Institutions About The Adoption Of A Resolution By The Iłów Commune Council On The Preparation Of A General Plan, 3) Preparation Of Advertisements And Announcements Of The Commune Head Required By Law, 4) Applications By Natural And Legal Persons And Submitted By Bodies And Institutions, Including Preparing A List Of Applications, Preparing Proposals For Their Consideration Together With Justification, As Well As Possible Development Of A List Of Answers To The Bodies And Institutions Specified In The Act, 5) Drawing Up A Draft General Plan Together With Justification And Forecast Of Impact On The Environment (Text, Graphic Parts, Spatial Data), 6) Preparation Of Projects Related To Options And Agreeing On The Draft General Plan, 7) Participation And Presentation Of The Draft Plan At Meetings Of The Municipal Architectural And Urban Commission, 8) Analyzing And Developing A List Of Arranges And Opinions Obtained Together With The Possible Introduction Of Corrections In The General Plan Project, 9) Physical Participation And Presentation Of The Plan In Public Consultations Regarding The Draft Plan With The Residents Of The Commune And Providing Relevant Information And Providing Relevant Information And Providing Relevant Information And Providing Relevant Information And Providing Relevant Information And Providing Relevant Information And Providing Relevant Information Explanations, Participation In Other Meetings, The Necessity Of Which Will Result D
