The Study Concerns The Entire Area Of The Sławatycze Commune Within Its Affairs. The Area Of The Commune Is: 7,171 Ha. The Completion Of Works Related To The Implementation Of Planning Activities Specified In The Act On Spatial Planning And Development Regarding The Preparation Of A Draft General Plan Of The Sławatycze Commune In Accordance With The Resolution Of The Sławatycze Commune Council No. Vii/37/2024 Of 27 November 2024 On Joining The General Sławatycze Commune Plan, And According To Procedures And Problems Specified In: The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Transmitting Planning And Development (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), B) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing It From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023 2758), C) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of May 2, 2024 In The Manner Of Determining The Area Of Completion Of Buildings In The General Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 729), D) The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of 9 September 2002 On Eco -Ophysiographic Studies (Dz.
