The Subject Of The Contract Includes Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party: Gdańsk University Of Technology, Faculty Of Electronics, Telecommunications And Computer Science, Building No. 41 Weti A, Public Procurement Section, Room 114, Ul. G. Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Factory New, Without Prior Operation, Technically Efficient, Free From Legal And Physical Defects And Not Be The Subject Of Third Parties. 5.
