The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Maintenance Of The Cleanliness Of Roads, Pavements, Parking Lots And Squares And Selected Areas In Mielec In 2025-2027. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) The Emergency Cleaning Of Streets, Pavements, Parking Lots, Paths And City Squares In The City Of Mielec; 2) Summer Maintenance Of Cleanliness Of Roads, Pavements, Parking Lots And Squares In The City Of Mielec; 3) Winter Maintenance Of Roads, Pavements, Parking Lots And Squares In The City Of Mielec; 4) Comprehensive Maintenance Of The Cleanliness Of Selected Urban Areas; 5) Option Right, 6) Resumption Of Order. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In Chapter Ii And Iii Of Swz. 4. The Purchaser Does Not Provide For The Award Of Contracts Consisting In Repetition Of Similar Services Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. 5. The Employer Reserves The Right To Exercise The Right Options For Comprehensive Cleaning Of Selected Urban Areas. The Order Covered By The Right Options Includes In The Period From 01.05.2026 To 31.08.2026: 1) A Comprehensive Operation Of 9 Pieces Of Segregation Containers (A Modular Container Housing A Basket With A Capacity Of Up To 240 L), I.E. Waste Removal From Containers For Segregated Waste 3 Times A Week; 2) Comprehensive Operation Of 5 Pieces Of Segregation Containers (Four -Chamber Containers In A Sack System, I.E. Housing 4 Bags, Capacity Of A Bag Up To 40), I.E. Waste Removal From Containers For Segregated Waste 7 Times A Week. The Subject Of The Contract In This Respect Is Specified In Detail In The Attachment Entitled Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - An Order Covered By The Right Options, Contained In Chapter Iii Of Swz And A Template Of The Contract Contained In Chapter Ii Swz. 6. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Resumption Of The Order Referred To In Art. 31 Para. 2, Art. 35 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. Performing The Same Services Provided For In The Original Agreement In The Amount Of Up To 100% In The Period Of 24 Consecutive Months Once Again. The Contracting Authority Provides That The Order Covered By The Right Of The Options In The Original Contract Will Be Carried Out In The Next Two Periods, I.E. 01.05.2027 To 31.08.2027 And 01.05.2028 To 31.08.2028 Until 31.08.2028, The Subject Of The Contract Specifies The Template Of The Contract Contained In Chapter Ii Swz.
