The Housing Company Offers Total Advice For Renovating The Housing Companys Storey Dwellings In The Department Of Vildtbanegård I. The Apartment Housing Is Located Gildbrovej 1-68, 2635 Ishøj. The Project Relates To A Holistic Renovation And Is A Supported Construction Project. The Overall Plan Received Schedule A Approval In December 2024 By The Landsbyggefonden. The Total Counseling Agreement Is Conditional On The Obtaining Of Form B Approval. The Storey Housing Consists Of 4 Floors And Basements And Extends Over 600 Homes. The Building Was Built In The Years 1970-1971, And Housing Was Established On The 4Th Floor In Connection With Roof Replacement In The 1990S. The Facades Were Renovated Around 2010, But The Facade Party Was Not Replaced In That Regard. The Tender Relates To Total Counseling For The Purpose Of Carrying Out The Renovation Of The Apartment Housing. Furthermore, The Renovation Includes Adaptation, Adjustment And Maintenance Of The Existing Extraction System, Erection Of Twigs And Twig Windows, Partial Replacement Of Skylights And Replacement Of Selected Interior Doors. The Overall Plan Also Includes Improving An Outdoor Area, But This Is Not Expected To Be Covered By The Tendered Total Advisory Agreement. The Storey Dwellings Contain Asbestos In Tile Adhesive And Ceilings In The Bathrooms, As Well As The Facade Breasts Under The Windows Containing Asbestos.
