Engineering Design Services - Vaarala Depot: Structural Design. The Helsinki Metropolitan Area Kaupunporti Oy (City Transport Oy) Will Organize A Tender For The Structural Planning Of The Vaarala Varikko Project To The Extent Of This Invitation To Tender And Its Annexes. The Design Destination Is The Vantaa Tram Depot, The Operation Of Which Will Begin When The Vantaa Ratikka Is Completed In 2029. Service Halls Are Single -Storey And Tall Spaces With Bridge Cranes. The Office Part Is Two-Story With Social Facilities, Offices, Technical Facilities And Storage Facilities On The First Floor. On The Second Floor There Are Office Space, Meeting Rooms And Iv Engine Rooms Serving The Entire Property. The Design Area Is Located In Vantaa In The 7Th Hakunila Area, Vaaralas 93. The Depot Building Will Be Implemented As A Project Management Contract. Structural Design The Acquisition Includes Vaarala Varikkos New Building Design, According To Rak18 (Rt 103087), In Accordance With The Supplements Presented In The Tender Documents. The Tasks Of The Structural Designer Are Defined In The To -Do List. Design Is Divided Into Three Parts: 1) Proposal Planning 2) General Planning 3) Implementation Planning. Additional Acquisition Options 1-3: - Option 1: Rabro -Raw Planning (Should Provide) - Option 2: Acoustics Planning (Not Required) - Option 3: Fire Engineering (Not Mandatory To Offer). One Agreement Is Made On Behalf.
