Work To Be Done:The Work To Be Done Includes The Removal And Disposal Of The Existing Entry Deck And Handicap Ramp & Related Framing, Decking & Handrail Features. The Work Shall Also Include All The Work, Efforts & Activities Required To Construct A New Cmu Stem Wall & Concrete Porch Deck And Concrete Hc Ramp. The Contractor Shall Also Be Required To Develop And Submit The Drawings, Exhibits, & Design Data Required To Obtain The Necessary Building Permits, In Accordance With Applicable State, County & City Building Code Requirements. The Selected Contractor Shall Provide All Labor, Parts, Materials And Construction/Installation Activities Required To Provide A Complete Project, Based Upon Design & Construction Work Requested In This Rfp. The Contractor Shall Also Include All Temporary Access, Safetythe Contractor Shall Provide The Necessary Design & Permit Drawings, Labor, Construction Equipment, Fuel, Materials, And Any Other Items And/Or Appurtenances Required For A Successful And Complete Project. All Work Shall Conform To The Project Scope Or Work, Concept Exhibits, And Notes, And Comply With All Applicable Local, State And Federal Codes And Regulations.Contract Time Shall Be 120 Consecutive Calendar Days From The Date Of A Formal Notice To Proceed From The City Of St. Marys
