Sealed Bids Marked Lease Of City Owned Land For Haying Only Will Be Received By Planning & Development Services At City Hall, 228 Main Street North, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, S6h 3J8 Up To 2:00 P.M. (Central Standard Time), On Tuesday April 15, 2025. Tenders Will Be Opened Publicly, And A Summary Of Bid And Price Information Will Be Made Available Upon Request. Portions Of The Ne & Se 20-16-26-W2m And Portion Of The Sw 21-16-26-W2m Of City Owned Land Is Available To Lease Under The Following Terms And Conditions: Lease Of The Said Land(S) Shall Be On A Cash Rent Basis Only And Shall Commence Thursday May 1, 2025 And Terminate October 15, 2027. This Lease Will Be Solely For The Use By The Tenant, Not To Be Assigned Or Sublet Or Occupied By Anyone Other Than The Tenant Without Prior Written Consent From The City. The Tenant Will Be Responsible For Any Costs Associated With The Use Of The Lands, With The Exception Of Property Taxes. The Tenant Shall Conduct Haying Of Vegetation On The Land.
