Software Support Services - Provision Of Support Services Including Guaranteed Service Availability And Development Of Is Epd. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Ensure Support Services Including Guaranteed Service Availability And System Development (Hereinafter Referred To As “Is Epd”), Which Was Created As A Tool For Professional Administration Of The Ministry Of Education, Youth And Sports, As Well As The Delivery Of Is Epd Development Functionalities. This System Includes Registration Of Documents Received Or Established Activities Of The Office, Monitoring Of The Movement Of Documents And Files, Monitoring Of Deadlines For Tasks From These Documents Including Their Performance, Handling Documents And Records Of Documents Sent From The Office, Closing And Storing Documents And Files And Implementation Of Shredding Proceedings. Is Epd Will Be Operated In Two Separate Instances For The Ministry Of Education, Youth And Sports And The National Accreditation Office With Regard To Different Volumes Of Documents And Organizational Needs Of Both Institutions.
