The Subject And Purpose Of Fulfilling The Public Contract Is The Design, Production, Supply And Subsequent Assembly Of Smart Public Transport Stops In The Statutory City Of Chomutov, All In Design And Build, Where The Supplier Will Also Be The Author Of The Project And Technical Solution. The Aim Is To Install 45 Smart Intelligent Markers At Bus And Trolleybus Stops And Major Transport Nodes. The Subject Of Performance Also Includes The Design And Integration Of The Software System For Control And Monitoring Of The Markers, Including The Connection To The Api Of The Ústí Region (Dúk) And Qride. Furthermore, The Subject Of Performance Is All Construction Work And Earthworks Necessary For The Installation Of Markers And Related Infrastructure, Including Ensuring The Authorization Of The Building Plan And The Necessary Statements Of The Authorities. In Order To Ensure Long -Term Functionality And Sustainability Of The Subject Of Performance, The Public Contract Is Associated With Operational And Service Support For Five Years, Which The Supplier Is Committed To The Client On The Basis Of A Separate Service Contract Concluded At The Same Time As The Work Contract.
