Office Cleaning Services - A Framework Agreement On The Basis Of Which Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded With The Object Of Providing Cleaning Services Within Ancom. The Frequency And Value Of The Subsequent Contracts To Be Awarded: Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, According To The Objective Needs Of The Purchaser. A Subsequent Contract Will Have As Object The Provision Of The Services Of Cleaning The Ancom Spaces For All The Locations Provided In This Specification, And The Maximum Value Of The Subsequent Contract Will Be Determined Taking Into Account The Value Of The Tariff Expressed In Lei/Hour Without The Vat Provided In The Financial Proposal Designated And The Maximum Number Of The Estimated Period Of The Period. If, Depending On The Objective Needs Of The Authority, The Number Of Locations Is Reduced Where The Services Are Necessary, The Number Of Hours Is Properly Reconfigured. *) The First Subsequent Contract Will Be Concluded So As To Enter Into Force Starting April 1, 2025, Depending On The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Framework Agreement. If The First Subsequent Contract Will Enter Into Force After 01.04.2025, As A Result Of The Award Procedure, The Termination Date Of The Last Subsequent Contract In 2027 Will Be Determined Accordingly, So That The Maximum Period Of The Framework Agreement Of 24 Months Will Not Exceed. The Framework Agreement Enters Into Force From The Date Of Its Signature By Both Parties, And The Services Of Cleaning The Ancom Will Be Provided For A Period Of 24 Months Based On Subsequent Contracts. On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded With The Object Of Providing Cleaning Services Within The Ancom, In Accordance With The Requirements Stipulated In The Specification-Section 2. The Locations Will Be Reduced For The Respective Month, And The Value Of The Services Will Be Recalculated According To The Number Of Hours Of The Respective Month For Which The Services Were Provided, According To The Provisions Of The Specifications.
