Responsibility For The Municipality The Municipality Has A Responsibility Under The Public Health Act And The Social Support Act To Monitor The Medical Condition Of Citizens, To Prevent Unnecessary Health Damage And Risks To Public Health And To Support Vulnerable Target Groups. This Includes Offering Medical Care To Target Groups That Have No Or Insufficient Access Because Of Their Roof Or Homelessness. The Tender Is Explicitly Involved In This Tender In Which The Contractor Takes Care Of The Coordination And Availability Of Street Doctors. The Tender Therefore Does Not Concern The Supply Of Hours On Demand.
