Tender For Dt Increasing Work Under Nagar Nikay Under Ee, Edd, Haidergarh Barabanki. - Safe loading, carriage including unloading and proper stacking of following materials from Central Store Barabanki / JE Store to site of work. 2 250KVA T/F NEW 3 100KVA T/F NEW 4 LT ABC (3X95+1X70+1x16) sqmm 5 11KV XLPE CABLE 1X400 sqmm 6 Installation of Mounting of Following capacityof Transformer including its connection between 11 KV and LT Line mountingprovinding Crimping type Aluminium lugs of required size.( All the material except transformer will be arranged by the contractor) 7 Mounting of 100 KVA Tranformer 8 Mounting of 250 KVA Tranformer 9 Stringing and sagging of(3X95+1X70+1x16) Sqmm ABC (ABC Cable will be provided by the department) 10 Laying of 11 KV XLPE CABLE 1x400 Sq. MM (XLPE Cable will be provided by the department) 11 Provinding & Fixing of various type materials. All materials shall be supplied by the contractor. 12 Nut & Bolt & Washer 13 LT Clamp 14 Eye Hook CLAMP 15 DEAD END Clamp 16 Suspension Clamp 17 Copper L Piece 18 Aluminium Lugs 19 Wiremesh fencing of 11/0.4 KV substation shall be made rectangular off size as per site requirement not exceeding 3 meter fabrication 45x45x5mm angle. material shall be supplied by the contractor. 20 Construction of massionary type transformer plinth of Suitable sizewith brick ,cement, coarse sand , sand & brick ballast. Filling of sand in the hollow space , plastering , outer surface in ration 1:4:6 top of the plinth 4 thickness grouting of 2 nos MS Channel of size 100x50x2000 mm on the top of the plinth for placement of transformer . All material shall be supplied by the contractor. 21 Earthing of T/F Pipe type with 40 fit deep borring and providing GI Pipe 1.5 dia (60 fit GI Pipe) and GI strip 25x5 mmx6 meter long attached with clamps, L piece, nut & bolts and GI Pipe Cap. All material shall be supplied by the contractor. 22 Dismentaling of 63/100/160 KVA T/F & Carriage site to store
