Tender For Under The Work Area Of Executive Engineer, Eudd-Iii, Under The Additional Business Plan 2024-25, Installation Of 05 Rmus - The work of delivering following material from the departmental store center to the site in which includes loading and unloading on both sides. (distance 0 to 10 Km.) 2 11 KV XLPE Cable 3x185 sqmm. 3 11 KV cable outdoor/indoor jointing kit 3x185 sqmm 4 Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps, 21kA for 3 sec Outdoor 3-way SF6 gas insulated floor mounted with copper bus bar Ring Main Unit should consist of 02 (Two) Nos incoming Load Break Switch and 01 (One) No outgoing Vacuum Circuit Breaker Manual type. All live parts, bus bars, VCB will be enclosed in robotically welded with minimum of 2 mm thick Stainless-steel tank and 2 mm thick GI/CRCAfilled with SF6 at 1.4 bar with IP class IP67, leak rate less than 0.1% and outer enclosure with IP54 protection and tested as per latest IEC 62271-200. HT compact switchgear shall be with fixed type VCB for 11 kV earth system 50Hz AC three phase including earth fault and over current protection and manual operated spring charging mechanism for VCB. While refilling the SF6 gas the manometer should be able to show the pressure inside the Stainless-Steel tank with a dedicated gas topping up arrangement on the LV panel. The switchgear should be tested for Internal arc for both tank and cable box IAC AFLR (21kA-1 Sec) venting through bottom. The switchgear should be totally enclosed confirming to relevant IEC standard with fitting of protection relay with indicators as under: 5 A)Incoming Load Break Switch - 2 Nos consisting of following:(a) Motorized operated 630 A Load Break Switch having three position spring mechanism. (b) Three position single spring mechanism for integral earthing switch(c) Anti-reflex operating handle (d) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type VPIS 12 kV (e) Mechanical ON/OFF/EARTH indication along with the written in English letters showing position ON/OFF/EARTH ON. (f) Cable boxes suitable for 1 X 3C x 300 sq mm XLPE Cable with right angle Terminal Protector Boots with mechanical interlocked.(g) Cable boxes should be 21kA for 1sec (Tank and cable box) Internal Arc Proof with all safety interlocking.(h) The cable termination height shall minimum of 900 mm for ease in terminating the cable. 6 B)Outgoing VCB - 1 Nos consisting of following:(a) Motorized operated 630 A Vacuum circuit breaker having two position spring mechanism. (b) Three position disconnector/earthing switch with downstream vacuum circuit-breaker(c) Anti-reflex operating handle (d) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type VPIS 12 kV(e) Emergency Trip push button to operated VCB (f) 3O/C + 1E/F self-powered numerical protection relay with Low and High set for Over current and Earth Fault. Relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current also. Relay shall record minimum 5 fault records with time stamping (g) Ring core current transformer of suitable ratio 300-150/1A, 2.5 VA, 5P10 for protection - 3 Nos (h) Mechanical ON/OFF/EARTH indication along with the written in English letters showing position ON/OFF/EARTH ON.(i) Cable boxes suitable for 1 X 3C x 300 sq mm XLPE Cable with right angle Terminal Protector boots(j) Cable boxes should be 21kA for 1sec (Tank and cable box) Internal Arc Proof with all safety interlocking.(k) The cable termination height shall minimum of 900 mm for ease in terminating the cable. 7 C)Common Technical specifications of each Ring Main Unit should consist of –(a) Nominal System Voltage: 11kV(b) Voltage variation on supply side: +/-10 %(c) Corresponding Highest System Voltage: 12kV.(d) Frequency: 50 Hz with +/-3 % tolerance(e) Transient condition: -20 % or + 10 % combined variation of Voltage and frequency.(f) Number of Phase: 3 Phases. (g) Neutral earthling: Solidly earthed.(h) Lightning Impulse Withstand Voltage (kVp): 95(i) One minute dry/wet power frequency withstand voltage primary (kV rms): 38(j) Rated Dynamic Withstand Current for 1 second duration (kAp): 52.5(k) The RMU should be suitable for the Outdoor installation with IP54 protection.(l) The make of complete VCB and RMU should be of same make to ensure the reliability of the equipment(m) The complete Ring Main Unit shall be manufactured in India including tank welding and assembly.(n) Common handle for isolator and VCB operation, inbuilt spring charging handle on VCB is not acceptable since breakage of the handle renders the whole unit in operative. 8 Providing of earth electrode for chemical earthing pipe in pipe type proper hot dip Galvanization die 50mm length 3 mtr-32mm x 6mm terminal connection hole dia 8mm. The cavity between the pipe & pipe if filled with conductive Mixture for hermetically filling inside the cavity i.r. between secondary conductor & Primary conductor & Primary conductor, crystalling compound is to be injected in the electrode assembly. It is a combination of high conductivity metal alloys, copper & aluminium power, conductivive carbon/ cement and bonding material etc. The electrode should be sealed from both the ends. 9 Complete work of Laying/ Installation of 11KV XLPE Cable 3x185Sqmm at 33/11KV Sub-station as per RESPO standard. In which necessary Decentralized materail will be provided by the contractor/Firm. 10 Complete work ofInstallation and Commissioning ofof 11KV XLPE Cable 3x185Sqmm Cable Jointing Kit Indoor/Outdoor at 33/11KV Sub-station as per RESPO standard. In which necessary Decentralized materail will be provided by the contractor/Firm. 11 Complete work of Fencing of Established RMU at 33/11KV Sub-station as per RESPO standard. All necessary Decentralized materail will be provided by the contractor/Firm.
