Tender For Reconstruction Work Of Kori Kheda To Habbapur Connecting Road. - Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-1 and 300.2 with lead up to 1000m as per technical specification clause 301.5(Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable) 2 Providing, laying and spreading material on a prepared subgrade, adding cement @ 2% by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with Rotavator and compacting with the Road Roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base.(Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable) 3 Providing, laying and spreading material on a prepared base, cement @ 4%by weight to the spread material manually, mix in place with Rotavator and compacting with the Road Roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of base.(Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable) 4 Tack Coat (i) Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.Clause 503.
