Tenders are invited for Procurement of Brand new Toyota Hiace 18 Seater Bus (2023 Model ) For Quality Assurance Directorate-1 Number Date Added: March 19, 2025 Deadline: 30/04/2025 Category: Construction & Engineering, Solar and Renewable, Supply of Vehicles Interested contractors/suppliers should submit their company profile in addition to the following documents. a) Certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission. b) Evidence of Registration/Renewal ads Contractor with KWSUBEB. c) Evidence of Registration/Renewal as Contractor with Kwara State Ministry of Works and Transport. d) Evidence of Three (3) Years Current Company Tax Clearance i.e 2022,2023 and 2024. e) Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2024. f) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance trust Fund Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2024. g) PENCOM Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2024 h) Evidence of registration on National Database of Federal Contractor, Consultants and Service providers by submission on Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31st December, 2024. i) Company audited account for the last 3 years i.e. 2022, 2023 and 2024. j) Verifiable documents evidence of at least 3 similar jobs executed in the last 3 years including letter of award, evaluation certificate, job completion certificate and photograph of the projects. k) VAT registration and evidence of VAT remittance l) Evidence of financial capability and bank supporting reference m) Equipment and technology capacity with evidence of ownership or lease. n) Evidence of payment of appropriate non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 only.
