To be Eligible for Award of this Project, Bidder should be Registered with the Construction Industry Development Authority (Cida) in Irrigation and Drainage Field under the Category Mentioned in the above Table and Having Experience in Irrigation Works within the Southern Province and the Documents to Prove the Registration should be Submitted with the Bid. 02. Bid Documents may be Obtained from "Provincial Department of Irrigation, 5th Floor, District Secretariat Building, Galle and the Bid Documents Pertaining to each District may be Obtained from the District Irrigation EngineerS Offices in Galle, Matara and Hambantota during Office Hours (between 9.00 a.m. And 3.00 p.m.) from 21.03.2025 Until 09.04.2025 upon Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of Rs. 1,500.00 to the Accounts Division of this Office For each Set of Documents. 03. Bids Submitted should be Valid until 29.05.2025. 04. Bids should be Accompanied by Bid Securities to the Values Shown in the Table above and the Bid Securities Should be Valid until 24.06.2025. Bid Security should be an on Demand Bank Guarantee or Bank Draft Obtained From a Commercial Bank Approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka on the Standard Form or that Amount may Be Paid in Cash to this Office and the Original Receipt may be Submitted with the Bid. 05.
