Sub Dn.-Sms Hospital-Ii, Jaipur. (Supply Of Furniture) - 1 Conference Table: Supply of Conference Table size 7680x3050x750mm made of white oak wood, oak veneer and SS 304 frame. Top thickness 30mm made of BWP plywood with white oak veneer pasting on both sides and edges covered with 30x23mm thick white oak wood with miter joints, modesty panel inner and outershall be made of 18mm thick BWP plywood with white oak veneer pasting.The legs (08 nos.) shall be made of SS 304 grade with PVD coating. Table top shall be supported with 02 nos. 40x25mm MS hollow pipe black powder coated which are connected to SS legs. All wood surfaces shall be polished with water based nontoxic PU polish.Electrical pop-up box/cable cubby (16 nos.) with built in sockets as per requirement along with wire management system shall be provided. Wood Should be of Superior quality kiln dried white oakhaving moisture content not more than 10% and processed with anti-termite treatment in a pressurized chamber to be used. Plywood /Veneer Should be of Approved make Greenply, Century Ply, Duro or equivalent. Laminate Should be of Approved make Greenply, Century Ply or equivalent. Polish of all wood surface shall be finished in approved shade with 03 coats of water based polish in satin finish with prior sanding, sealing with fillers and water basedsealer. All complete as per drawing and approved by engineer in-charge. 2 High Back Chair Cushioned : Supply of High Back Chair size 650x580x1200 mm with cushioned seat and back rest.The seating height of the chair ranges from 425mm to 545mm from floor. The seat and back are made up single piece L-plywood and upholstered with leatherette and molded polyurethane foam of density 40 kg/m3. The cushioned armrests are injection molded from polypropylene. The mechanism is designed with features such as knee tilt, 360 degree revolving type, upright position locking back, seat / back tilt adjustment. The chair shall have pneumatic height adjustment of 100mm & class 3 gas lift. SS finish base fitted with 05 nos. of twin wheel castors which are injection molded in black nylon. Foam ofapproved brand Sleep well, Feather Foam, Kurlon or equivalent. All complete as per approved by engineer in-charge 3 Chair :Supply of Chair size 500x500x900mm. The seat and back is made up of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood and upholstered with leatherette and polyurethane foam of density 40 kg/m3. The one piece armrests are injection molded from black polypropylene. The frame is made of dia 19mm x 2mm thick M.S. Tube with SS finish. Foam ofapproved brand Sleep well, Feather Foam, Kurlon or equivalent. All complete as per approved by engineer in-charge 4 Storage Cabinet : Supply of Storage cabinet size 900x450x750mm made of white oak wood & oak veneer. The cabinet frame section 35x23mm & legs section 33x33 shall be made of solid white oak wood. Side panels / shutters / drawers made of 18mm thick BWP plywood with white oak veneer pasting. Stone top 20mm thick shall be provided which is pasted on 18mm thick BWP plywood. All wood surfaces shall be polished with water based nontoxic PU polish. Good quality telescopicchannel/hinges/locks etc. shall be provided. Drawers made of 18mm thick BWP plywood with white oak veneer pasting and table back made of 12mm plywood with one side white oak veneer pasting.Stone top 20mm thick shall be provided which is pasted on 18mm thick BWP plywood. The table shall have 01 drawer for storage, one CPU storage compartment and key board tray. Footrest made of 23mm thick white oak wood shall be provided. All wood surfaces shall be polished with water based nontoxic PU polish. Good quality telescopic channel/hinges/locks etc. shall be provided. All complete as per directions of officer in-charge. 8 Revolving Stool :Supply of Revolving Stool size 350x350x450mm made of stainless steel 202 Grade.
