System lumen efficacy ≥120 and <135 lm/Watt output . LM79 & LM80 Test report from NABL lab for all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement. (Thermal management: heat sink of aluminium housing such that LED junction tempereature shall not rise above 90°C). 18 Design, fabrication, supplying and installation of Illuminated LED display board of sizes suitable for mounting on wall/ angle iron frame as per approved design with the following specifications.a) Board frame shall be made of 25mm x 50mm square aluminium hollow tube of 1.25mm thickness on which front sheet of 3 mm thick Aluminium composite panel (ACP sheet) shall be fixed and its back side should be covered by 22 SWF GI sheet. The Laser / Router shall be used for ACP letter cutting (for proper accuracy) as per drawing the 3 mm acrylic sheet be used for making raised letter with the help of laser, the letter should be 2inch raised and arrangement to fixing from inner side of the board.b) Letter of size as per drawing shall be made of minimum 3 mm acrylic sheet in which suitable arrangement for pasting LED modules shall be made.c) The letter shall be IP-65 protectiond)3 LED sign module with max distance between two modules of 1inch(25mm).modules of 1.5 W per module with 120 lm/wattmake:-Hilight/Samsung/Osramwith suitable pasting arrangements with the help of dual side tape or adhesive solution as reqd.e) Single LED driver shall be pasted in the boardwith IP-68 or more grade protectionf) The signage board shall be bilingual (Hindi & English) with logo of PWD and will be of different sizes as per requirements Product.g) SMPS specification:- 10-240v AC input, 50Hz, Output:- 12V DC
