Filter Bed including replacement of damaged Clutch Leaver, Column Pipe & LSD Shaft, Worm Shaft & Worm Gear Set. New Body with Accessories, Switch Mechanism of Wiring Diagram, Oil Seal Kit, Repaired Motor etc. by new one as stated in Item Sl. Nos. 1.01 to 1.07 above by Petrol & Steem Wash and refilling with IOCL make Servogen Gear Oil as per direction of EIC. 11 Supply, delivery at site and storage of CPU / PCB and transformer suitable forAuma make Valve Actuator installed with existing Tube Settler Sludge Valve. 12 Overhauling of existing Auma make Actuator installed with the existing Tube Settler Sludge Valve including replacement of damaged CPU/PCB & Transformer by newly supplied units as stated in Item Sl.No. 2.01 above as per direction of EIC. 13 Repairing of Control Desk Panel of Filter Bed including replacement of damaged 10 Nos. Coil Contactor, 5Nos. Over Load Relay, 15 Nos. 10Amps Fuse, 1 No. 16Amps Panel Mounted Main Switch, 15 Nos. Push Button, 15 Nos. No. 4.03 above as per direction of EIC. 22 Making Power and Control Cable connections with Control Desk, Newly Push Button Panel of Item Sl.No.4.02 above and Actuators of Filter House by existing laid cables and newly laid control cable for Settler Sludge Valve complete with Limit Switch Setting, Close & Open both sides and Synchronising with actuator & Panel as per direction of EIC. 23 Overhauling of 150mm dia. Air Release Valve after necessary repairing of the same as per direction of EIC. 24 Overhauling of 250mm dia. Outlet Valveafter necessary repairing of the same as per direction of EIC. 25 Overhauling of 300mm x 300mm Inlet Sluice Gate after necessary repairing of the same as per direction of EIC. 26 Overhauling of 350mm dia. Back WashValve (Gate Valve) after necessary repairing of the same as per direction of EIC. 27 Overhauling of 450mm x 450mmDrain Valve (Gate) after necessary repairing of the same as per direction of EIC. 28 Replacement of existing damaged motorised based 200mm dia. Wafer type Butterfly Valve after disconnection of Power & Control connections of existing actuatorby newly supplied Actuator Operated Butterfly Valve (deptt. supply) in the existing pipe line by cutting and re-welding of existing flange including supply of new nut, bolt & gasket as per requirnment for suitable fitment of valve and also refitting of existing Actuator as per direction of EIC. 29 Supply, delivery at site and storage of 2mm thick sheet steel enclosed powder coated wall mounted Push Button Panel for 200mm dia. Motorised Butterfly Valve comprising with 3 Nos. Push Button, Red, Yellow & Green for Close, Open & Stop, 3 Nos.
