(II) Test certificate of pump & motor should be submitted during delivery & G.C. 3 1.1 KV grade 4 sq.mm x 3 Core water proof flat submersible cable for above motor. 4 Supply and Delivery of 25 mm², 1.1 KV grade. 3.5 core Al Armoured XLPE conform to IS 1554/7098(part-I) 1998 (Make : Gloster /HAVELLS /MESCAB/ CURRENCY/POLYCAB/ CRYSTAL/ Approved Make) 5 Supply,delivery at site and storage of 8 core 1.5sq. mm copper cable for actuator motor.(Make: Gloster/Havells/Polycab/approved) 6 100 Amp. Re-wireable type TPN main switch (CONFORMS: IS/IEC600947-1&3). (Make: Approve make of P.H.E. Dte.) 7 Supply, delivery at site and storage wall mounted made of sheet steel fabricated 2 mm for load bearing &1.6mm for non load bearing, indoor type, dust & vermin proof, lP-54 degree of protection, powder coated painted with rubber gaskets cover, front lockable hinged door with all Switchgear and other items duly wired up and tested as per specification. Incomer: (A) 100 Amps, TPN MCCB with adjustable OL, 36 KA & necessary accessories with suitable SPD (i.e. Ammeter, Voltmeter with CTS, UV/OV protection & Switches etc.),(B) Outgoing:- 15-25 HP, TP Star-delta Starter with other accessories - 1 Nos., (Suitable size capacitor bank to improve PF from o.85 to 0.98) (C) 0.5HP, 3 phase, 415V, Clorinator feeder with necessary accessories & level controller-1 no(D) Yard lighting feeder with necessary accessories & time switch - 1 No. (E) Automatic operation feeder with PLC operated . (Panel make, all spare & components as per vendor list of PHED). 8 Supply and delivery of the following valves, pipes and specials etc at site: 9 3 mtr long 80mm dia UPVC standard type column pipe [cream color] with both side threaded and one end side socketed with registered KPMG. 10 1.5 mtr long 80mm dia UPVC standard type column pipe [cream color] with both side threaded and one end side socketed with registered KPMG. 11 80mm dia. CI Top & bottom adopter 12 3 " dia. X 5 ft long M.S. (7.1 mm Thick) Column pipe having both side 11 TPI Thread and Socket. 13 Heavy type suitable dia. MS suspension clamp along with nuts bolts and washers . 14 80mm dia. Non-rising spindle sluice valve (PN-1.0 rating) as per IS14846 for wash out and delivry line, Make: IVI/Jupiter/Cair/approved make. MOC & TC needed for valve. 15 80mm dia. N.R.V (PN-1.0 rating) as per IS5312, Make: IVI/Jupiter/Cair/approved make. MOC & TC needed for valve. 16 Cast Iron Wafer type Butterfly Valve generally as per BS-5155, having body of cast iron as per IS: 210 gr. FG 260, disc of SS Gr CF-8,Shaft of stainless steel AISI-410, "O" ring shaft seal of Nitrile rubber, valves are suitable for PN 1.0 rating. Valves are operated by suitable three phase, 415V, multi turn electrical actuator without starter. Make : Actuator - Rotork/ PHED approved make, Valve : IVI/Jupiter /Cair/ PHED approved make.TC needed for valve & actuator. 17 CIDF 90°bend-1no., CI flanged tee-1no. blank flange-1no., CI/ MS flanged short piece 0.50 mtr.-1no, CI/ MS flanged pipe 1 mtr. -1 no. et cas required (as per IS specification and certification registered) for construction of delivery pipe line and wash out line. 18 Heavy type 250mm dia split type tube well cover with 12 mm thick clamping arrangement including holes of column pipe, air pipe and cable entry with 2 sets heavy type suspension clump, nuts, bolts and washer as per departmental design. 19 Pressure gauge 102 mm. dia and 7 kg. /cm2 range, brass cocks and fitting complete (Make- H.Guru) 20 Supply and delivery of 100 Amps male female kit Kat fuse unit. 21 Incresseing the existing tube well Casing height up to a standard level as per direction of EIC. 22 i)For Dia of 250mm. 23 Anti snapping safety device for pump set by supplying suitable size or MS angle busket and nylon rope of required length includingsupplying of nuts, bolts and all other materials. 24 Supply & Making necessary GI Medium pipe (dia of pipe not less than 32mm)protection for submersible cable from kiox box to Submersible pumpincluding supply of all specials and complete the job. 25 Installation of above pump motor, valves and specialsincluding supply of cable gland, sockets and power line connection to the existing Panel, etc as required to complete the job as per direction and up to the entire satisfaction of the EIC. 26 Making brick pillar supporting pipe line (10" x10"x 4ft/ Suitable height) by first class brick work with plaster & net cement punning complete including earth cutting, supply necessary materials, ramming as per direction of EIC. 27 Making of tubewell foundation (size- 3"x 3"x 3.5" approx) as per site situation including supply of necessary materials as bricks, sand, cement, stone chips etc. with plastering & neat cement finishing to complete as per direction. 28 Installation of above MCC panel along with main switch, change over etc all electrical equipment with in the pump house, drawing the cable properly on wall as per direction of EIC as per layout and IE rules and all connection with supply necessary materials, cable etc to complete the work, making arrangement with supply & fitting of materials for taking power with in the pump house from WBSEDCL end as per direction of EIC. 29 Makingearthing arrangement 30 Earthing with 50 mm dia Gl pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts.long and 1 x4 SWG Gl (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x80 mm long Gl bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15mm dla Gl pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above groundlevel driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By lSl-Medium Gl pipe 31 Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earthelectrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep(below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6)of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) Cl hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm withlocking arrangement, Gl reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the Gl pipe 32 Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke forplate electrode. 33 Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with Gl saddles as required and connection to equipments incl.drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. 34 Supplying and fitting-fixing of earth busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) fVS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with Gl bolt,nuts,washers,spacing isolator set etc.as required Length of busbar is 1 mtr. 35 PART-B: Supply and installation of Chlorination system 36 Supply, delivery and storage at siteof automatically controlled diaphragm type chlorinator dosing pump with flow rate 100 LPH and maximum pressure of 10Kg/CM2 with all accessories for pump & motor, foundation bolt, suction and discharge Flange and with storage tank of dosing solution of 100Ltr. Capacity and the prime mover to be coupled with pump of 0.5 H.P. 3 Phase, 1450 RPM squirrel cage TEFC induciton motor, Motor will be IE2/IE3 (Make of Machine : Swelore/Any other approved, Make of Motor : ABB / CGL /KEC / Any other approved make) 37 Installtion and commissioning of above supplied chlorinator with all accessories, PVC tank and drawing of power line as per IE rules by supplying of necessary wire and continuous earthing. This include the cost of all necessary CC foundation [at least 200mm height] with concrete mixture [sand, cement, stone chips] and neat cement finish by supplyig of all required materials and testing the entire set as per direction of EIC [power will be feed from PLC Panel of pumping machinery] 38 PART-C: Supply and installation of Voltage correction device 39 Supply and delivery at site A.C. 3 ph.Oil cooled type Voltage Stabilizer suitable for unbalanced input voltage (Make: AE/Sen & Pandit / Opto Elec. / ECS/Fizi/other Approved Make)a) Input:250-500 V 3ph. 50HZ, 4 wireb) Output, 415V + 1% 3ph.,50HZ.c) Capacity: 30KVA.d) Auto manual switch IS - 9815 (I). e) Raise/lower push Button.f) Single lamps to indicate and limits of input.g) Voltmeter for input and output Voltage. (Manufacturing test certificate should be produced at the time of delivery)h) With U/V.O./V.O./L protection with contractor at output side, input MCB & Ammeter etc. ( TC /GC Needed ) 40 Supply and delivery at site the following items: (Approve make of P.H.E Dte.) 41 Change over switch 100 Amps 415V, 50 Hz, 4pole onload.Make: Havells/ standard/Approve make of P.H.E. Dte.) 44 25 sq.mm 3.5 core 1.1KV PVC/XLPE insulated aluminium armored cable.(Make: Approve make of P.H.E. Dte.) 45 Making brick built foundation with supplying of all required materials suitable for the above Voltage stabilizer by (4:1) cement mortar including holding down foundation bolts (if req.) & plaster with neat cement finish as direction of E.I.C. 46 Installation of the above stabilizer of item no. 18 & 19 on the foundation including all connection complete,drawing the cable properly on GI cable tray on wall /as per direction of EICalong with supplying all necessary item including testing complete. 47 Making joints of the cable by supplying compression type gland thimple,socket etc.as per requirement and as per direction of EIC. 48 Distribution wiring in 1.1KV. Grade, (2X1.5mm2) single core stranded "FR" PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (approved make) in suitable size PVC casing capping (Precision make) with (1.5 Sqmm) single core stranded "FR" PVC insulted & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, including necessary PVC clips, fittings etc. to light/fan point with piano key type switch (anchor make) fixed on pvc/sheet steel fabricated switch board with Perspex/bakelite top cover on wall including necessary connections and making earthing attachment and mending good damages to building works. Dte.) 57 Supply and fitting fixing of Ceiling fan (Make: Usha /C.G / Havells/ approvedmake) 1200mm. sweep complete with rubber bush, nut, bolt etc. including supply and fixing 2×1/1.4 PVC copper wire for down rod with making necessary connection complete. 58 Supply and fitting fixing of 45 watt. LED light fixture set[Make: Philips (Type- BRP)/ Havells/ PHED approved make] with 40 mm dia x 2.5 mtr. long G.I pipe bracket fixed on the roof of the pump house with M.S clamp properly grouting including making power connection with supply & drawing 2.5 sq. mm FR grade flexible copper wire through PVC casing/conduit with drawing earth conductor (1.0 sq mm copper flexible wire), S&F of 15 amp switch with pvc board including electrical connection & testing complete as per direction of EIC. 59 Supply & delivery of moulded Chair as per directon of ElC. 60 Supply & delivery of moulded table as per directon of ElC. 61 Add GST @ 18% 62 Add Cess @ 1%
