Tenders are invited for Consultancy to Conduct Applied Research on Anticipatory Action in Displacement Situations. NRC seeks expressions of interest from people with the following skills/qualifications. - External Consultant - Minimum 5 years of experience in humanitarian research and evaluation, particularly within the countries targeted in this research, Palestine, Niger, Somalia, Iran - Technical understanding of humanitarian programming, including anticipatory action and climate adaptation - Proficiency in mixed methods research (quantitative and qualitative) - Experience working in conflict-affected and climate-vulnerable contexts - Strong analytical and communication skills - Adequate knowledge of the humanitarian, political and socio-economic situation in the selected countries - Ability to travel to at least one selected country (based on agreement with NRC steering committee) for workshops and field data collection.
