The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of An Office Building Of An Independent Double Office Of Foresters Irena And Wilcze Doły Along With Obtaining A Final Or Rigor Of The Immediate Enforceability Of The Decision On The Permission To Use. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Construction Of A Office Building Be Carried Out In Wooden Technology Using Prefabricated Ready-Made Elements (Modules). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Project Documentation Consisting Of: 1) Of The Construction Project, Including: The Land Use Project And Architectural And Construction Design-Constituting An Attachment No. 1A To Swz; 2) Technical Design-Constituting An Attachment No. 1B To Swz; 3) An Executive Project - Constituting Annex 1C To Swz; 4) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Constituting Annex 1D To Swz; 5) The Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Annex 1E To Swz; 6) Administrative Documents - Constituting Annex 1F To Swz. Orders. The Contractor Should Verify And Determine Whether It Is Necessary To Perform Other Construction Works Than Those Specified In The Pre -Works And Whether The Quantities Are Correct. The Contractor Is Obliged To Conclude In The Price Of All Costs For The Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Works Technology Specified In Swz And In The Documents Attached To Swz Describing The Subject Of The Contract. The Bill Of Quantities Is Informative And Auxiliary. Detailed Requirements: 1) To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Uses Its Own Tools, Materials And Devices Provided With Their Own Efforts. 2) Materials And Devices Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Must Be In Line With The Requirements Specified In The Design Documentation And Must Be In Line With Polish Standards, Have Approvals, Technical Approvals, Declarations Of Conformity Allowing The Use Of Materials In Construction.
