The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Expansion, Reconstruction Of The Existing Building Of The Special School And Educational Center Located In Lipki Wielkie, In The Santok Commune, Gorzów Poviat. The Facility Is A Multi -Functional Building, Included In The Category Of A Building: Ix - School Buildings; Xi - Social And Social Care Buildings; Pkob Symbol: 1130 Boarding School And 1263 School Building. The Scope Of The Work Includes A Completely Basement Building, 3 Floors With An Attic, Which Is Technical And Storage Facilities. The Existing Roofing Is Not In The Scope Of Study, But The Repair Work Related To The Installation Of Roof Ventilation Should Be Foreseen. Functional Changes Of The Ground Floor: • Reconstruction Of Sanitary Facilities For Pupils, - Social For Kitchen Staff. Functional Changes In The First Floor: On The First Floor There Will Be Office Rooms Of The Object Administration And Classrooms Along With The Common Room Room. The Classroom Will Be Rebuilt.
