Part 1: 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Thermomodernization Of Educational Buildings Of The Gniezno Poviat Stage Ii - Special School And Education Center No. 2 In Gniezno: The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1.1. Making Complete Design Documentation And Obtaining Necessary Opinions And Permits. The Scope Of The Design Study Includes: 1) Pre-Project Materials, 2) Construction Design In Paper And Electronic Form: A) Architectural And Construction Design.B) Technical Design In The Areas:  Architecture,  Construction (If Necessary),  Sanitary Installations (If Necessary),  Electrical Installations (If Necessary),  Central Installations-Heating. The Design Study Should Be Carried Out In A Way Necessary For The Correct, Effective Application Of Construction Works / Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit / Conservation Decision (If Necessary) And Then The Execution Of Construction Works. The Architectural And Construction And Technical Design Should Be Made Based On The Attached Energy Audit With The Annex-So As To Achieve The Indicators Given In The Audit. 1.2. Performance Of Construction Works Specified In The Functional And Use Program And Designed By The Contractor In The Project Documentation, In Particular:  Thermomodernization Works: (Thermomodernization Of External Walls With Insulation Material That Meets The Current Technical Requirements For Thermal Insulation Of The Thermal Partition And Tightness, Roof Thermomodernization - Roof Insulation Technical Requirements Regarding Thermal Insulation Of The Partition And Tightness, Replacement Of Window Joinery With A Woodwork Meeting The Current Requirements Of Technical Conditions Regarding Thermal Insulation And Tightness, Replacement Of Door Joinery With A Woodwork Meeting That Meets The Current Requirements Of Technical Conditions Regarding Thermal Insulation And Tightness, Insulation Of The Roof, Insulation Of External Foundations Waterproof And Thermal Insulation With Insulation Material That Meets The Current Technical Requirements Regarding The Thermal Insulation Of The Partition And Tightness, Modernization Of The Central Heating System For Meeting Technical Requirements And In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Air Pump Installation Air Powered From The Pv Installation (With Own Energy Magazine) And Assembly Of Solar Collectors With An Area Open Approx. 50 M2, Replacement Of Gas Boilers With Condensing Gas Boiler,  All Work Accompanying The Above Scope Of Work. 2. The Works Will Take Place In The Functioning School Building, So It Is Necessary To Coordinate Work In Relation To The School Classes. Classes Are Held At The School Between From 7.30 To 17.00 - From Monday To Friday. The Facility Will Operate During The Implementation Of Construction Works, Which Requires A Stage Of Work In A Manner Minimizing Nuisance For Users (E.G.
