The Employer Informs That The Manufacturers Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or Special Processes, In Relation To The Required Materials, Devices, Equipment Or Goods - Recommends To Treat, As Exemplary And Allowing The Use Of Materials And Equivalent Devices, Provided That They Guarantee Obtaining Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters Not Worse, Founded In The Project Documentation. These Changes Are To Be Favorable For The Employer, E.G. Reduce Operating And Maintenance Costs, Improve Technical Parameters, Will Constitute An Update Of Solutions Due To Technological Progress And Changes In Applicable Regulations. The Equivalent Materials Used Must Correspond To The Technical And Qualitative Features Of The Materials And Devices Indicated In The Technical Documentation, And Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates And Technical Approvals.
