The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) Construction Of 130 M2 Of The Exhibition Space In Accordance With The Promotional Stand Development Developed By The Contractor (Promotional Stand); 2) Technical Service Of The Promotional Stand During The Fair; 3) Service Of A Promotional Stand By 2 (Two) People (Hostesses And/Or Hosts) Using Polish And English Or Chinese In A Communicative Degree; 4) Dismantling Of The Built -Up Buildings After The Fair; 5) Providing Liability Insurance Policy; 6) Taking And Transferring Photos To The Employer Regarding Promotional And Information Activities Taken At The Promotional Stand; 7) Recording, Development And Transfer To The Contracting Authority Of A Promotional And Information Film Regarding Promotional And Informative Activities Implemented At The Promotional Stand-As Part Of The Sial China 2025, Taking Place On May 19-21, 2025 In Shanghai In China. 2. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Specified In The Relevant Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ipu), Constituting Annex 5 To Swz And In Annex 1 To Ipu, Entitled A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
