The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Management And Supervision Service In The Field Of Project Called Thermomodernization Of The Boarding School Of The Maritime School Complex In Darłowo, Among Others In Terms Of Financial And Material Settlement On The Terms Of The Contract. The Obligations Of The Contractor Will Cover All Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation And Settlement Of The Project, In Particular The Basic Obligations Of The Contractor Will Include: • Contacts With Authorized Authorities, Including An Institution Providing Support For The Project Implementation • Monitoring And Supervision Over The Correctness Of Data Implementation Under The Project (Indicators, Project Goals, Expenses, Etc.); Monitoring Possible Deviations; • Captivating And Analyzing Risks/Risk; • Taking Corrective Actions; • Financial Supervision Over The Correctness Of The Project And Planning Expenditure On Subsequent Reporting Periods; • Cooperation With Persons Participating In The Project; • Preparation, Supervision Of Correctness And Completeness Of Documents, Services, Services And Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Project, In The Context Of Their Compliance With Their Compliance Project, Including With A Co -Financing Agreement; • Preparation, Supervision Over The Correctness And Completeness Of The Tender Documentation Related To The Implementation Of The Project, In The Context Of Its Compliance With The Project, Including The Co -Financing Agreement; • Preparation And Keeping Of Documentation Related To The Project, Including Developing Letters, Reports, Documents, Printouts For Reporting And Correspondence With The Nfepw And Other Institutions Authorized To Control Projects Or/Or Designated For Conducting Research, Control, Project Audit And Immediate Management, Supervision And Opinion (Substantive And Financial) In Terms Of Events Arising During The Period And Executive; • Assist During The Project Inspection And Its External Audit, Including Preparing And Keeping Documentation Related To The Abovementioned Control And Audit; • Monitoring All Changes To Program Guidelines And Other Legal Regulations Affecting The Correct Settlement Of The Project, Including While Maintaining Internal Instructions On Financial Management; • Preparation Of Payment Applications With A Reporting Part; • Ongoing Supervision Over The Correctness And Timeliness Of The Tasks And Expenses In Terms Of Compliance With The Project Budget, Payment Schedule And The Program. Payment Schedule And Other Documents To Use Savings Under The Project Or/Or Necessary Changes To The Project; • Describing Accounting Documents In Accordance With The Guidelines, Including Qualifying The Appropriate Values ​​For The Eligible Costs Of The Project; • Immediately, Not Later Than Within Three Working Days. In Writing, Informing The Contracting Authority About Important Events That Could Affect The Implementation Of The Terms Of The Program, Including
