The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Project Of The Local Spatial Development Plan Of The City Of Legnica - An Area In The Area Of ​​Ul. Koskowicka At The Border With The Legnickie Pole Commune - In Accordance With The Resolution Of The Legnica City Council No. Ix/85/24 Of 28 October 2024 With The Planning Procedure Specified In Art. 17 Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, 1130, As Amended) And A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 3 October 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (I.E. Item Koskowicka, At The Border With The Legnickie Pole Commune. It Is An Uninvestized Area Used For Agricultural Crops. In The Discussed Area There Are Primarily Land Owned By Natural Persons, But Also Belonging To, Among Others To The Property Of The Legnica Commune. The Need To Draw Up A Local Plan For This Area Results From The Intention To Activate Its Residential Development. For Neighboring Areas, A Local Spatial Development Plan For The City Of Legnica - The Area Located At Ul. Koskowicka And The Planned Southeast Bypass (Resolution No. Xlix/523/18 Of The Legnica City Council Of July 30, 2018, Published In The Official Journal Of The Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Item 3928 Of 08.08.2018) And The Local Spatial Development Plan Of The City Of Legnica-Investment Areas Located At Ul. Koskowicka, The Planned Southeast Bypass And Legnica-Jawor Railway Tracks (Resolution Xxxiii/404/21 Of The Legnica City Council Of July 26, 2021, Publishing The Official Journal Of The Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Item 3718 Of 04.08.2021). These Plans Will Be A Comprehensive Planning Study For This Part Of Legnica And Will Become The Basis Of Future Investment Activities.
