1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Service Of Organizing District Sports Competitions Xxviii National Sports And Recreation Spartakiada Krus Employees Together With The Service Of Renting Premises In The Field Of Accommodation Base With Food And Rental Of Sports Facilities With Refereeing And Medical Services. 2. The Accommodation, Gastronomic And Sports-Recreational Base Must Be Located In One Area, Constituting A Complex. The Center/Sports Complex Must Be Located Away From City Centers. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To The Contract (Chapter Ii Swz). 4. The Expected Number Of Competition Participants Is 140 People. The Employer Reserves That The Final Number Of Participants Of The Spartakiada May Change About Which The Contractor Will Be Notified At The Latest 14 Days Before The Planned Date Of The Spartakiada.5. The Competition Takes Place In Accordance With The Regulations Constituting Annex 5 To The Contract. 6. Employment Requirements By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Based On The Employment Relationship Of Persons Referred To In Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Contract, Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract In §4– Chapter Ii Swz.7. Requirements As To The Verification Of The Employment Obligation Under An Employment Contract And Sanctions In This Respect Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract.
