The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New, Unused, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Ready To Work As Intended For The Following Equipment For A Gastronomic Workshop: 1) Gas Stove With Oven - 6 Pieces, 2) Kitchen Hood - 6 Pieces, 3) Washbasin With Cabinet And Fittings - 1 Piece, 4) Kitchen Hood Above The Convection Stove - 1 Piece, 5) Planetary Mixer - 1 Piece, 6) Microwave Oven - 1 Piece, 7) Warnik To Water - 2 Pieces, 8) Barbecue Plate - 2 Pieces, 9) Dry -Earthmal Plaque - 1 Piece, With Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Opz Order For Task No. 1, Constituting Annex 4A To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. 2. The Order Will Also Include: Transport, Unloading, Bringing The Rooms Indicated By The Employer, Assembly, Starting And Training With Service And Providing Documentation Necessary For Normal Use. Maintenance, Repair And Insurance Of The Subject Of Delivery Until The Contracting Authority Will Be Received At The Contractors Expense And Risk. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Offered As Part Of The Task Must Be Covered By A Guarantee Of A Minimum Of 24 Months From The Date Of Receipt. The Warranty Period Applies To The Entire Subject Of The Contract Described In Partial Task No. 1.5. The Terms Of The Contract Are Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.
