Stage I - As Part Of Which The Contractor Will Draw Up The Concepts Of Building An Educational Institution And Prepare And Submit A Request To Obtain A Decision On The Location Of A Public Purpose; 2. Stage Ii - Under Which The Contractor Will Perform A Feasibility Study In The Scope Of: Enforceability Analysis In Terms Of Compliance With The Project Of The Local Spatial Development Plan And In Accordance With Applicable Law (In Particular With The Provisions: Fire Protection, Health And Safety, Environmental), Polish Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge), Along With The Calculation Of Planned Costs Of Design Work And Planned Costs Of Construction Works; Functional Program; Inventory Of Greenery Together With The Preparation Of The Application For Felling, Dendrological Opinion, Ornithological Opinion, Geotechnical Opinion, Visualization Of The Object Together With The Surroundings (External Area), Analysis Of The Possibility Of Using Current Connections (Including Electricity, Gas, Water, Sewage System, Urban Heat, Optical Fiber) Together With The Determination Of The Need To Increase Individual Connections Along With The Preparation Of The Application For Change Connection Conditions And Obtaining New Connection Conditions As Well As An Analysis Of Connections Taking Into Account The Execution Of Renewable Energy); Environmental Opinion And/Or Opinion Of The Poviat Sanitary And Epidemiological Station Of The Capital City Of Warsaw - If It Is Necessary Along With Obtaining A Final Decision On The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment.
