Construction Work For School Buildings - Thermomodernization Of The Sp Building No. 10 And Thermomodernization Of The Lo Building No. Vii And The Expansion Of The Zsois With A Connector And Construction Of A Fire Road As Part Of The Task Thermomodernization Of Schools In Zielona Góra. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Thermomodernization Of The Sp 10:  Insulation Of All External Walls,  Flat Roof Insulation,  Replacement Of Part Of The Window And Door Joinery,  Replacement Of Gutters And Drain Pipes,  Replacement Of Flashings,  Replacement Of Fennel Installations; 2) Thermomodernization Of The Lo Vii Building:  Insulation Of All External Above -Ground And Basement Walls,  Roof Insulation Of The Flat Roof,  Partial Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery,  Replacement Of Gutters And Drain Pipes,  Replacement Of Flashings,  Replacement Of Lightning Protection Installation;  Replacement Of The Surface Along The Front Wall. 3) Expansion Of The Complex Of General And Sports Schools With A Connector And Construction Of A Fire Road. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex I.2 ​​To Swz And In The Documents Referred To In Point 3.4. Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Contained In Annex I.4 To Swz. Pursuant To Art. 100 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act, The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be Completed Taking Into Account The Requirements In The Scope Of Availability For Disabled People And Design For All Users, In Particular In Accordance With The Principles Of Universal Design, Referred To In The Convention On The Rights Of Disabled People Of December 13, 2006 (Journal Of Laws Of 2012, Item 1169, As Amended). 5. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Pzp Act, The Employer Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Contract, Consisting In The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Performance Of The Facility Thermomodernization, If The Performance Of These Activities Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1222), Unless These Activities Are Carried Out By These Persons As Part Of Their Business Activity.
