Quotation Are Invited For Service Providers To Render Pest Control And Fumigation Services At Various Public Conveniences And Markets For A Period Of Four (4) Months. The Services And/Or Goods Required Are: Request For Quotations To Render Pest Control And Fumigation Service At All Public Convenience And Markets That Is Managed By Joburg Property Company For A Period Of Six Months. The Successful Bidder Is Expected To Provide Service That Manages Different Types Of Pests Such As: - Rodents - Creepy Crawlies - Flying Insects - Bedbug/Flea - Termites - Lice Pest Control And Fumigation Should Be Undertaken At All Sites With Full Finding Reports That Must Be Forwarded To The Respective Building Manager Who Will Endorse The Reports. All Pesticides, Insecticides, Fumigation And Rodent Poison To Be Used Must Be Compliant And Approved By The South African Bureau Of Standards Code Of Practice And Department Of Agriculture. Operational Conditions - The Service Provider Is Expected To Apply Necessary Initial Inspection And Treatments To Bring Under Control Any Existing Infestations By Rodents; Creepy Crawlies; Flying Insects; Termites; Lice ; Fleas And Many Others. - The Service Provider Must Conduct Monthly Inspections Of All Harbourages And Likely Harbourages. - The Service Provider Must Identify Pest Infestation And Specific Pest Species And Treat Accordingly. - The Service Provider Must Carry Our Frequent Routine Visits To Prevent Possible Pest Infestation - The Service Provider Must Place On Site A Comprehensive Pest Management File Containing All Service Documents With Company Details. 1. Crawling Insect And Treatment - Preventative Measures Should Be Taken To Prevent Insect From Nesting. Contact Spray, Gel Or Any Appropriate Treatment May Be Used Provided It Is A Chemical Approved By South African Bureau Of Standards. Bait Stations Should Be Placed On The Interior And Exterior And Parking Lots Of Buildings. Service And Maintenance On These Should Be Performed On A Monthly Basis Or Until Any Infestation Has Been Brought Under Control As Agreed With The Respective Building Manager With Warning Signs And Numbered. 2. Flying Insects Treatment And Control - Preventative Measures Should Be Taken To Prevent Bees And Flies From Nesting On The Premise 4 City Of Joburg Property Company Soc Ltd. Supply Chain Management 3. Bedbugs ,Fleas, Lice, Termites Etc. - Preventative Measures Should Be Taken To Prevent Bedbugs And Fleas On The Premises Conduct The Identification For All The Trouble Spots And Make Proper Intervention To Resolve. Service Reports To Be Handed To Clients On A Monthly Basis. Identification To Be Conducted Within Acceptable Environment Requirements And Controls 4. Operating Hours - Normal Operating Hours Of Weekdays (Monday To Friday) 08:00 To 17:00 Apply, But If Required, After HourS Maintenance And Serving Can Be Requested. This Must Be Taken Into Consideration As Part Of This Bid. 5. Relocation Of Premises During Tenor Of Contract - If A Building Lease Where The Successful Bidder Is Rendering Pest Control Service Is Terminated. The Jpc Reserves The Right To Transfer The Same Service To New Facility .If The Lease Of A Building Is Terminated And The Service Cannot Be Transferred To Another Facility, The Service Would Be Reduced Accordingly, And The Monthly Cost Of Service Will Be Reduced Accordingly.
