The Ministry Of Digitization And Administration Is Responsible For Innovation In The Public Sector. In Order To Maintain The High Confidence In The Public Sector, State -Owned Enterprises And Municipalities Must Offer Answers To Relevant User Needs. With Pressure On Finances, Labor Resources And With Composite Issues, This Requires New Ways To Solve The Tasks, And New Ways Of Organizing The Services. In Order To Ensure Speed In The Work On Renewal And Improvement Of The Public Sector, Some Innovation Tools Have Been Established, Such As The Stimulab Scheme. Dfd Wants To Acquire An Evaluation Of The Stimulab Scheme. The Evaluation Is Twofold: The First Part Will Identify The Most Important Experiences With The Stimulab Scheme, With Emphasis On How The Projects Have Contributed To Socio-Economic Effect And New Practice In Management And Operation. The Second Part Will Advise The Ministry On The Development And Arrangement Of A Comprehensive Future Scheme For Innovation In The Public Sector.
