The Acquisition Is The Recruitment System As A Saas Service, Its Delivery And Deployment With Training, System Support And Maintenance, Including Version Updates And Further Development. The Purpose Of The Recruitment System Is To Manage Recruitment Processes, The Creation And Publication Of Job Advertisements, Applying For Tasks, And Reporting. The Process Includes Job Announcements And Publication, Applicant Communication, Evaluation Of Applicants, Arranging Interviews, Video Interviews, And A Persons Transfer To Salary. Applicants May Apply For Open Tasks Without Registration And Provide Information For Different Tasks. The Recruitment Process Is Managed Through Direct Service, With The Exception Of Other Notification Channels. Publications In The Notification Channels Are Made Separately Manually. The Recruitment System Is Used By Tuomas Own Employees, As Well As External Persons Who May Include, For Example, Aptitude Assessments.
