The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works Of Construction: Performing Repair Of A Road And Street Network For The Needs Of Lovech Municipality, In Three Lots. Lot # 1: Carrying, Major Overhaul, Reconstruction, Rehabilitation Of Road And Street Network, Road Facilities And Elements Of The Technical Infrastructure For The Needs Of Lovech Municipality; The Provisions Of The Contract Are Construction, Major Repairs, Reconstruction, Rehabilitation Of Road And Street Network, Road Facilities (Bridges, Drains, Pedestrian And Car Subways And Overpasses) And Elements Of The Technical Infrastructure For The Needs Of Lovech Municipality. The Contracting Authority Will Provide The Contractor With Approved Implementation Projects And Enforced Construction Permits. The Category Of Construction Will Be Third, Fourth, Fifth And Six, According To Art. 137, Para. 1 Of The Spa. This Technical Specification Is An Integral Part Of The Tender Documentation, Together With The Construction Contract And Other Documents. The Specification Is Intended To Explain And Develop The Requirements For The Implementation Of The Construction And Installation Works (Construction Works), Which Are The Subject Of The Contract. Lot 2: Performing Ongoing Repair Of A Road And Street Network With Asphalt Pavement For The Needs Of Lovech Municipality; The Provisions Of The Contract Are Ongoing Repair Of A Road And Street Network And The Pouring Of Disturbed Sections For The Needs Of Lovech Municipality. There Will Be No Approved Projects And A Building Permit For The Sites. The Contracting Authority Will Provide The Contractor With Quantitative Accounts For Each Individual Object Upon Assignment. This Technical Specification Is An Integral Part Of The Tender Documentation, Together With The Construction Contract And Other Documents.
