Through The Concession Agreement, The Concessionaire Acquires The Exclusive Right To Design, Realize And Operate The Heat System For The Duration Of The Concession For His Own Account And Risk. The Station Area Is The Area Located And Directly Southwest Of The Hilversum Station. This Area Will Be Redeveloped In The Period 2027 - 2035. It Concerns 7 New Building Blocks Containing Approximately 365 Homes (365 Weq) And 11,000 M2 Of Utility (155 Weq).
