Furniture- School And Office Furniture. The Scope Of The Assignment Is: Pick Up, Refurbishing, Delivery, In -House And Installing (Incl. Instruction Use) Of Lingerijn Furniture; Supplying, In -House And Installing (Incl. Instruction Use) Of New Circular Furniture; Supplying, In -House And Installing (Incl. Instruction Use) Of Second Life Furniture; Corrective Maintenance Of The Delivered And Existing Furniture; Advice For Replacement And Design Issues Incl. Impact Analysis. It Concerns The Following Furniture: Office Furniture (Such As Desks, Office Chairs, Meeting Tables, Meeting Chairs And Cupboards); School Furniture (Such As Student Tables Theory, Student Chairs, Crutches); Recreational Furniture Inside (Furniture For, For Example, Canteens, Staff Rooms And Gang Zones). Within The Scope, The Following Service Is Optionally: Custom Furniture; Inventory And Assessment Of The Current Furniture; Picking Up Old Furniture That Is No Longer Appropriate For Lingerijn (Whether Or Not For A Fee For Lingerijn). Estimated Value Based On The Basis Of Previous Years, It Is Expected That The Estimated Value Will Be Approximately € 2,500,000 For The Total Duration Of The Agreement. No Rights Can Be Derived From This Estimate. Maximum Value The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is € 3,500,000 For The Entire Duration. The Expectation Is That This Maximum Value Will Not Be Achieved. Client Is Entitled To Terminate The Framework Agreement If The Maximum Value Mentioned Has Been Spent Before The End Of The Agreed Contract Duration. Client Will Not Owe Costs Or Compensation To The Contractor.
