Supervision and Job certification for executed jobs is in AM/NS. 2. Provision of Drawing & Design is in AM/NS scope as per plant requirement as critical 4. Provision of all Structural materials-angle, channel, beam, plates, pipes, elbow etc. is in AM/NS scope. 5. Co-ordination for shutdown and work permit is in AM/NS to fabricated / repair if required. 6. Drinking water, Power supply, lighting facilities, Working Platform, etc. for workmen at Plant site is in AM/NS scope. 9. Final inspection and clearance before dispatch as per approved drawings / plant requirement after repair. 10. Sand Blasting in AM/NS scope. (If required) 12. All machining jobs for job requirement are in AM/NS scope (If required) 13. All welding electrodes which do not come under AWS specification (special electrode) are in AM/NS scope. 14. Machine and its operator required for plate bending/rolling is in AMNS scope for job completion. Vendor to support for manpower while bending / rolling is going on. 15. Hydraulic Power pack, jack are in AM/NS scope (if required). 16. All required NDT items will be provided by AM/NS Scope. (7) Paint HR 600 will provide by AM/NS. (9) Inspection will be done by AM/NS based on dimension & DP test reports submitted by vendor. VENDOR'S SCOPE (1) Fabrication to be done as per drg. (2) Required material like, pipe , cap , elbow will be free issue by AM/NS. PROCESS WHILE FABRICATION 1) 100% root run & out pass welding by GTAW process only. 2) 5 mm & below 5 mm 100% GTAW. 3) 5 mm above 100% root run & out pass welding by GTAW welding process only. 4) 10% root run DP test. Specific Penalty for non-performance by vendor and must be cardinally measured. a. Non-conformity of Work. b. Penalty will be imposed in case of noncompliance to HSE norms. c. Penalty will be applicable due to poor workmanship, safety violation, damage to AM/NS property from contractor side. d. As per Management Directive, transport / movement of associates to & fro for Plant should by mandatorily in 4 Wheelers and Buses. Bicycles and Two wheelers are strictly not allowed.
