Tender For Necessary Civil Work In Parks Located In Ward No. 115 And 118 Under Jagatpura Zone - (2.4.5) Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer. Dismantling Stone Masonry 2 (4.2.1) Earth work in excavation for roadway, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of line, grades and cross sections, including disposal of surplus material with all lift and lead upto 1000 metre as per MoRT&H specification clause 301. In all type of soil 3 (1.1.3) Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking ::Stone,boulders, gravelly material 4 (9.1) Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 in Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, ggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing complete as per clause 601, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. 5 (9.11) Providing and fixing of 60mm thick precast cement concrete interlocking paver block casted with rubber moulds in approved reflective colour and design having minimum compressive strength of 300 kg/ sq cm. The CC paving blocks be laid on average 50mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined.Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead & Lifts etc. complete as per specifications. 6 (14.2.1) Random rubble masonry work in cement mortar with mechanical mixer in substructure/ super structure at all levels complete as per clause 1400 and 2200 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, scaffolding etc but excluding pointing and plastering. In cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 7 (10.1) Providing and fixing precast cement concrete M-20 grade (Using mechanical Concrete Mixer) kerb stone top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high on 150 mm thick PCC M-10 grade foundation as per design, including fixing at site as per clause 408 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. 8 (29.26.2) Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. 9 (21.1.2) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 10 (30.21.3) Chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles includingrubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).Dark shade using ordinary cement. 11 (33.69.1) Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paintof required shade:Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface). 12 (14.5.1) Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) on Brick/stone work in substructure/ super structure at any height complete as per clause 1312 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, scaffolding etc. 12 mm plaster on brick work
