Nmc Plans To Implement This Project On Public Private Partnership (Ppp) Mode Through The Design- Build-Finance-Operate And Sale (Dbfos) Model Wherein The Prospective Developer Shall Undertake The Designing, Financing, Construction, Operation Maintenance And Sales Of The Entire Project.
