Tender For Various Operation & Maintenance Work at 220 Kv S/S Sahibabad & 132 Kv S/S Vaishaliunder Etd-I Ghaziabad - Dismantling of High ValueTan deltaold 132 KV 400-200/1-1 A CT (Qty-1No) of132 KV Mohan Nagar bay (RPhase)M/S CGL by opening of jumpers between isolator & Breaker , cutting of earth strips & opening of all electric connections & transport the dismantled CT from site to store 3 Erection of New 132 KV 400-200/1-1A CT (Qty-1No) of132 KV Mohan Nagar bay (RPhase)M/S CGL by connecting of jumpers between Isolator & Breaker , making of all electricconnections & proper earthing Including carriage of CT from store to site 4 Dismantling the pole assembly of- 1) R,Y,BPhase of 33 KV Feeder CB No-20 ( M/S TATA STEEL ) SEIMENS makefrom breaker assembly. Dismantling of vacuum interrupter assembly with copper shunt, copper block & drive insulator. Replacement of damaged pole insulator (Upperside). Refitting of vacuum interrupter assembly with copper shunt & copper block. Lifting of pole assembly for fitting at its original place at breaker. Including CRM & Timing test ( to be conducted by dully calibrated OMICRON/MEGGER make test kit ) of above Circuit breaker.Note :- Pole insulator-1Nos & all special T&P shall be arranged by Contractor . 5 Following work required to be carried for Repairing and maintenance of-1. 132 KV Mohan Nagar Bay Circuit breaker Air Compressor installedat 220KVS/S Sahibabad under ETD-I , Ghaziabad . 2. 132 KV IA Bay Circuit breaker Air Compressor installedat220KVS/S Sahibabad under ETD-I , Ghaziabad 6 1. Replacement of defective damaged inlet valve plates of first stage and second stage of air compressor 2.Replacement of defectivebearings ofcrank shaft of flywheel side and connecting rod side of first stage and second stage of air compressor also all replacement of air compressor V belt make good quality 3.Replacement of defective sealing seals along with overhauling of safety valve of inter, cooler between first stage and second stage of air compressor4.Dismantling of crank chamber of air compressor along with replacement of sealing gasket and proper checking of any leakage and further assembly as the same.5.Providing and refilling of compressor oil CASTROL/HP make best quality 6.Providing checking of both air compressor making pressure in Auto/Manual mode also replacement defective NO/NC air break contactor/overload contactor/MCB as per existing 7 Dismantling of High ValueTan deltaold 132 KV 400-200/1-1 A CT (Qty-1No) of 132/33 KV 63 MVA T/F-III (BPhase)M/S Vishal by opening of jumpers between isolator & Breaker , cutting of earth strips & opening of all electric connections & transport the dismantled CT from site to store. 8 Erection of New 132 KV 400-200/1-1A CT (Qty-1No) of 132/33 KV 63 MVA T/F-III (BPhase) by connecting of jumpers between Isolator & Breaker , making of all electricconnections & proper earthing . 9 Following work required to be carried at 132 KVS/S VaishaliDismantling the pole assembly of-1) Y Phase of 40MVA T/F M/S Areva makeLV Side Circuit breaker SHREEMMake from breaker assembly. Dismantling ofLow megger value vacuum interrupter 31.5 KA assembly with copper shunt, copper block & drive insulator. Replacement of defective/ damagedpole insulator (Upperside). Refitting of New vacuum interrupter assembly with copper shunt & copper block. Lifting of pole assembly for fitting at its original place at breaker. Note :- Pole insulator-1Nos & 01 Nos Vacuum interrupter 31.5 KAall special T&P shall be arranged by Contractor .
