1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Called: B0 2024 Sensory And Mruct Playground - Carrying Out A Renovation Of An Existing Playground At Primary School No. 45 At Ul. Mother Polish 3A In Gdańsk. 2. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary For The Performance Of The Task, In Particular The Following Elements: 1) Demolition Together With The Utilization Of Play Equipment And Elements Of Small Architecture (Along With Foundations) And Surfaces (With Foundation); 2) Transfer (Move) Within The Area Occupied In Place In Place In The Place Indicated In The Construction Design In The Construction Project Of Two Scientific And Musical Play Devices: Xylophone And Virus Water With Information Plates; 3) Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Four New Play Equipment; 4) Execution Of New Surfaces; 5) Laying New Lawn Edges; 6) Repairing The Existing Playground Fence With The Assembly Of A New Gate, Assembly Of Three System Roofs, Repairing Columns At The Entrance Gate; 7) Cleaning And Organizing The Area After Completed Construction Works. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Obtain A Permit For The Use Of Buildings Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, Or To Notify The Building Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Implementation Conditions Have Been Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 7 To Swz. Other Terms Of The Contract Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.
