Tenders are invited for Procurement of Careers Resources Books Date Added: March 19, 2025 Deadline: 15/04/2025 Category: General Supplies & Services, Rehabilitation/Renovation Interested companies should submit bound bid documents duly signed, paginated, separated by dividers and arranged in the order outlined hereunder i. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC1.1 or CAC2 and CAC7; Business Name is also acceptable for Service. ii. Evidence of Companys Income Tax Clearance Certificate (or Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificate of all the Partners in case of Business Name) for the last three (3) years (2022, 2023 and 2024) expiring on 31st December, 2025; iii. Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2025; iv. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2025; v. Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Certificate valid till 31st December, 2025; vi. Evidence of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31st December, or valid Certificate issued by BPP; vii. Reference Letter from a reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed; viii. Sworn Affidavit: disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of procurement entity or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars; no Director of the Company has been convicted in any Country for any criminal offence relating to fraud or financial impropriety or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter; That the Company is not Bankrupt, in receivership or under liquidation or involved in any litigation which can potentially affect the companys ability to effectively discharge their responsibility if engaged. ix. Firm/Companys Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications. x. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs (in size, nature & complexity) executed in the last five (5) years including Letter of Awards, Valuation Certificates, Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects; xi. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Companys Letter Head Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM NO.), and e-mail address. The Letterhead Paper must bear the names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page. Duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm. Interested bidders are make a non-refundable tender fee (online payment) of N20,000.00 per Lot through REMITA to University of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences Umuagwo and therefore pick up bid documents from UAES Procurement Office with evidence of payment (receipt). Note: i. Bids must be in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder; ii. Bids submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned unopened; iii. Bidders should not bid for more than two (2) lots. iv. Presence of bidders/representatives and members of the public are required during the bid opening ceremony in compliance with PPA, with the presence of two (2) representatives of private sector professional bodies and Civil Society Organization in the areas of Anti-corruption/Transparency; v. Bid documents can also be collected in soft copies and Bidders can submit through Post (Courier Services); vi. Goods & Works: Only pre-qualified bidders at technical evaluation will be invited at a later date for financial bid opening, while financial bids of unsuccessful bidders will be returned unopened; vii. Services: Only shortlisted firms will be invited at a later date for collection of Request for Proposals; viii. UAES reserves the right to reject any bid that does not conform to directives and accompanying documents. ix. The UAES is not bound to pre-qualify/shortlist any bidder and reserves the right to annul the Procurement Process at any time without incurring any liabilities in accordance with Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act, 2007.
