Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of The Construction Works On The Site: Adventure Park, Alleys And Recreation Places, Eco -Logged Transfer For Cars And Bikes According To The Regulation And Construction Plan Hisarluka, Land Of Kyustendil - Stage I
In Fulfillment Of The Award Under This Public Procurement, The Contractor Should Carry Out: • Implementation Of Construction Works, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Prepared And Approved Investment Project With Attached Explanatory Notes, Quantitative Accounts And The Issued Building Permit, Including The Delivery Of Raw Materials, Mechanization, Workforce And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Quantitative Accounts. • Guarantee Liability, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 On The Commissioning Of The Works In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For The Execution Of Construction Works, In Connection With Article 160, Paragraph 4 And Para 5 Of The Spatial Planning Act A Detailed Description Of All Activities Provided Is Contained In The Technical Specification, Investment Project And Quantitative Accounts Attached To The Documentation.
